2023 Auction Donation Form

Thank you for donating to our Live and Silent Auction. The auction team will decide whether your donation will appear in the live or silent auction.

Please fill out one form for each different item. Example: one form for a donated painting, another form for a donated sculpture, and another form for a dinner party. Deadline is Sunday, May 21. Thank you.
